Hi everyone . . .

I have worked with userplane to have the ads removed from the chat room for a trial period to see if this helps us stay in the room without being booted. If it works then we can go ahead and get them permanently removed I think. The techs at Userplane believe it is the solution to our problems, so let's see if it works. I have been in there for a bit without getting the boot, however yesterday I got booted several times.

If this does not work for us, we will be getting a new chat solution through another vendor.
